Jamie Haffner, LMFT

Background:

Since 2007,  I have worked in public mental health, crisis intervention, and private practice to support youth, adults, seniors and families  in our community. I have worked closely with local social services and am familiar with navigating mental health systems and accessing community resources.

My therapeutic approach is based on a Family Systems perspective, taking into account the social and emotional history of each individual. My interventions are informed by my advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Emotion-Focused Individual and Couples Therapy. I also have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and Perimenopause. My hope is to support you in identifying the experiences and roles that have shaped you; and to help you begin to release old patterns or beliefs in order to make space for your truest self. As you begin treatment we will work together to decide on an approach that you are comfortable with and identify goals or hopes you would like to work toward.
